BABz Fenders are a boating fender. They should be used in a manner that reflects that of any marine fender and that alone. They are not intended for any other use. BABz LLC is not responsible for any injuries that may occur due to improper use. 

BABz Fenders are made of a soft, durable PVC blend. Like any other similarly constructed product, they should not be left in extreme heat or cold conditions. Such conditions may cause the material to break down and cause damage to any surface they come in contact with. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, leather, fabrics, clothing, vinyl, plastics, fiberglass, or other material vulnerable to color/material transfer. Furthermore, extended storage of BABz on or in contact with vulnerable materials, even under mild temperatures, can still cause damage to said materials.

BABz LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by any occurrence mentioned above.

FURTHERMORE, BABZ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY DAMAGES OR REMEDIES NOT SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THE WARRANTY BELOW. BABZ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, IN THE EVENT, FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE COST OF THE PRODUCT. 

BABz Boat Fenders Limited Warranty

One Year Limited Warranty applies to: BABZ^TM Boat Fenders.

All warranted replacements must meet this simple criteria: The fender has split or burst from normal use and damage is not the result of a knife cut or puncture from a sharp object.

BABz LLC warrants its fenders to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for which the product is intended. This warranty is limited to product failure as a result of air loss from SPLITTING or BURSTING. Excluded from this warranty are fenders that have become useless from cuts or punctures, or disfigured from continued wear or use, or products that have been exposed to solvents that degrade the BABz integrity. Over- inflation of any fender voids any warranty claim. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or credit of the defective fender at our discretion. BABz LLC reserves the right to request return of the product for inspection. No return merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. BABz LLC shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage or penalties and does not assume liability of purchaser or others for injury to persons or property. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

Limited Warranty Information Applicable to All Products

BABZ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY DAMAGES OR REMEDIES NOT SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY. BABZ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, IN THE EVENT, FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE COST OF THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL NOT BE EXTENDED BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES HEREIN. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

All potentially defective products must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) # before they are returned to BABZ LLC. Products returned without an RGA# will be refused, and the product will be returned to sender. To receive an RGA#, email us at info@babzusa.com . All products returned to us MUST be accompanied by a proof of purchase, without exception. Freight on defective products is the responsibility of the consumer (USPS flate rate boxes are the preferred method of returning a product to us) unless otherwise specified. Repaired or replacement products will be shipped back to the consumer freight prepaid.

This written warranty is the only warranty expressed or implied, made by BABZ LLC. No person is authorized to change, add to, or create any warranty or obligation other than set forth herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. To obtain service under this warranty, contact BABz LLC at the following address:

Freight on returned products is the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise specified. Repaired or replacement products will be shipped back to the consumer freight prepaid.
